't Misverstant

Photography

A quiet kind of attention

At ’t Misverstand, nothing is rushed. The pace is calm, the atmosphere warm, and the details reveal themselves slowly.

For this project, we captured the restaurant through photography. Not by directing the moment, but by observing it. The light on the table. The stillness before service. The subtle gestures that make a place feel familiar the second you walk in.

No staging, no excess. Just images that reflect what ’t Misverstand is about: understated hospitality, attention without noise, and a setting that feels effortless because everything is exactly where it should be.

“ I don't want to be fake. I'm just being me. And I have the power to break stereotypes and whatever useless rules that society puts on us ”.

- Edwin Kats, Patron Restaurant Noble
