GOUD is gold!

Herman den Blijker and Nick de Kousemaeker's restaurant is shining. Literally and figuratively. Herman knows the ropes inside out, and Nick as the chef, together with his younger brother Ian, conjures up the sexiest creations in the kitchen. The restaurant is located on the spot where François Geurds' FG Bistro used to be. As one would expect, the restaurant has a chic appearance with lots of gold, brass and green velvet, among other things. What does GOUD stand for? When Rotterdam locals think something is fantastic, they say it's gold. It's a typical Rotterdam catchword Herman was keen to name his restaurant after. Commissioned by our partner, Social Roots, we gladly handled the photography. With a touch of gold.
